SH双吸泵主要零件有：泵体、泵盖、叶轮、轴、双吸密封环、轴套、轴承体。如图所示

The main parts of SH double suction pump are pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve and bearing body. As shown in the figure

 SH双吸泵泵体：铸铁制成。与泵盖构成叶轮的工作室，进、出水流道德法兰上制有安装真空表和压力表的管螺孔。管径最低处制有放水的管螺孔。

SH double suction pump body: made of cast iron. The impeller studio is composed of a pump cover. The moral flange of the inlet and outlet water flow is provided with a pipe screw hole for installing a vacuum meter and a pressure gauge. The lowest diameter of the pipe is provided with a water discharge pipe screw hole.

 SH双吸泵泵盖：铸铁制成。在上部制有安装水封管及入气管的管螺孔和起吊泵的吊钩。

SH double suction pump cover: made of cast iron. The upper part is provided with a pipe screw hole for installing a water seal pipe and an intake pipe and a hook for lifting a pump.

 SH双吸泵叶轮：铸铁制成。其形状是对称的，在两壁间有扭曲的叶片。液体从两侧面进入叶轮。制造时，经过静平衡试验。

SH double suction pump impeller: made of cast iron. Its shape is symmetrical and there are twisted blades between the two walls. The liquid enters the impeller from both sides. Static balance test is carried out during manufacture.

 SH双吸泵轴：优先碳素钢制成。轴的中央是叶轮，用键、轴套和两边轴套螺母固定。轴的右端是安装联轴器的，与电动机直接连接。在联轴器端不允许用皮带传动，若需用皮带传动时，必须另设支架支持皮带轮。

SH double suction pump shaft: preferred carbon steel. The center of the shaft is the impeller, which is fixed by keys, sleeves and nuts on both sides of the sleeve. The right end of the shaft is fitted with a coupling, which is directly connected with the motor. Belt drive is not allowed at the end of coupling. If belt drive is needed, a bracket supporting pulley must be installed.

 SH双吸泵双吸密封环：铸铁制成。防止水泵中高压水漏回进水部分。在双吸密封环上制有突起的半圆款环，嵌在泵体内，用来固定双吸密封环。为易损零件，可多备件以便更换。

SH double suction pump double suction sealing ring: made of cast iron. Prevent high-pressure water leakage back into the water inlet part of the pump. A protruding semicircle ring is arranged on the double suction sealing ring and embedded in the pump body to fix the double suction sealing ring. For vulnerable parts, more spare parts can be replaced.

 SH双吸泵轴套：铸铁制作。用作固定叶轮位置及保护填料室内轴的磨损，亦为易损零件应多备件。

SH double suction pump sleeve: cast iron production. As a fixed impeller position and protective packing chamber shaft wear, but also for vulnerable parts should be more spare parts.

 SH双吸泵有两个支撑、使用使用单列向心球轴承，装在轴承体内靠近联轴器一段的统称轴承体甲部件，另一端称轴承乙部件，用黄油润滑。由于SH双吸泵叶轮是完全对称的，在理论上SH双吸泵不产生轴向力，但在制造上很难做到SH双吸泵两侧的水流通过部分及密封环处间隙完全不一样，因此SH双吸泵有轴向力产生的可能，产生的轴向力及振动力由轴承部件中的单列向心球轴承承受。

SH double suction pump has two supports, using single row centripetal ball bearing, which is installed in the bearing body near the coupling section of the unified bearing body A component, the other end of the bearing B component, lubricated with butter. Because the impeller of SH double-suction pump is completely symmetrical, theoretically SH double-suction pump does not produce axial force, but it is difficult to make the water flow on both sides of SH double-suction pump completely different from the clearance at the sealing ring. Therefore, SH double-suction pump has the possibility of generating axial force, and the axial force and vibration force are borne by single-row centripetal ball bearings in bearing components.

 SH双吸泵填料起着密封的作用，防止空气透入泵内和大量液体渗出。SH双吸泵填料密封由泵体和泵盖合成的填料室、填料压盖、填料环、填料套及填料组成。泵盖内少量高压水通过外部水封管(  或内部水槽)及填料环流入填料室中，起水封冷却作用。

The packing of SH double suction pump acts as a seal to prevent air from penetrating into the pump and a large amount of liquid from seeping out. The packing seal of SH double suction pump consists of a packing chamber, a packing cap, a packing ring, a packing sleeve and a packing which are composed of the pump body and the pump cover. A small amount of high-pressure water in the pump cover flows into the packing chamber through the external water sealing pipe (or inner water tank) and packing ring, which plays the role of water seal cooling.

 SH双吸泵填料的松紧必须适当，不可太紧或太松，以液体能逐滴渗出为准，填料太紧，轴承易热，同时耗费功率; SH双吸泵填料太松，液体渗漏大，都要降低SH双吸泵效率。

The packing of SH double suction pump must be properly tightened, not too tightly or too loosely, taking the liquid seepage as the criterion, the packing is too tightly, the bearing is easy to heat and consumes power; the packing of SH double suction pump is too loose and the leakage of liquid is too large, so the efficiency of SH double suction pump should be reduced.
